Dr David O. Carpenter

Prof. Carpenter is a public health physician who serves as Director – Institute for Health and the Environment (a collaborating center of the WHO) at the School of Public Health, at Albany, USA. He is an internationally renowned expert in human health effects of environmental contaminants including metals, organic compounds and non-ionizing radiation. He also serves as professor of environmental health sciences at Albany School of Public Health. He was Director of the Wadsworth Center for Laboratories and Research, New York State Department of Health. Prof. He has been Editor-in-Chief for Reviews on Environmental Health (2012-present) and in the past for

Environmental Pollution and Cellular and Molecular Neurobiology.
He has authored more than 450 peer-reviewed publications, 6 books and 50 reviews.
