Leigh Ackland

Professor

Professor Leigh Ackland is the Personal Chair at Biomolecular Sciences and the Director of the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology, School of Life and Environmental Sciences, Deakin University.  She holds a PhD University of Melbourne, MSc. Department of Paediatrics, University of Melbourne and a BSc(Hons) Department of Physiology, University of Melbourne.

In 2014 Prof Ackland attended the Ernst Strungmann Forum on Heavy Metals and Infectious Diseases in Germany.
